Alyssa Mercuri

Alyssa Mercuri is a final-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student at RMIT University and a Family Law Clerk at Rothwell Lawyers. She began at the firm as an intern and now supports the team with client management, preparation of court documents, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

In addition to family law, Alyssa is the first point of contact for debt recovery matters, collaborating with the firm’s sister company, Melbourne Debt Collectors, gaining experience in negotiation, account management, and early-stage dispute resolution.

With a growing interest in commercial, insolvency, and family law, Alyssa is committed to building a strong foundation across these practice areas and contributing to the firm upon completion of her legal studies.
