BIOGRAPHY
Principal Tracey Rothwell has over twenty-five years’ experience in commercial litigation and insolvency. She has represented clients of all sizes across all industries, and has extensive experience in State and Federal Courts, as well as execution proceedings including bankruptcy and winding up
An important aspect of Tracey’s role is to review and advise clients on their credit applications, terms and conditions of trade and credit policies, and ensure the best possible outcome in case of a customer default.
Tracey has played a key role in many large corporate collapses, acting as both insolvency practitioner and specialist to protect the interests of individual stakeholders.
